Six Squared: A New Community Art Phenomenon

What am I doing with these, you ask?

Well I'll tell you!

The Kingston Seniors Association is holding a fundraising event called Six Squared, and I plan on submitting some artwork on these canvases in order to help them raise some much needed funds!

What is Six Squared?
Six Squared is a non-juried, inclusive exhibition and sale open to everyone from teens to seniors. The artworks are submitted to the Kingston Seniors Association as donations by the artist. The artworks will be sold at the Six Squared event for $20 each, and all unsold works will remain with the Kingston Seniors Association.

What kind of artwork can I submit?
All media, including photography, will be accepted as long as the artwork can be hung with a small nail or pushpin. Artwork must be original and measure exactly 6x6 inches (15x15 cm). Each artist can submit up to SIX pieces or original artwork. The artists will remain anonymous, so please do not sign your work, however at the time of purchase the artist will be revealed to the buyer.

When do I need to submit my artwork?
Submissions will be accepted until October 19th 2012
First, please fill out the Submission Form (PDF), then deliver your artwork by one of the following methods:
